I love this store in Jacksonville but was disappointed by this location. It was disorganized, full of open spaces needing to be restocked. It has a sterile feel and the staff were off in a corner chatting. I needed to go find them and ask if they'd come to the cash register so I could make my purchases.

Enjoyable shopping experience. Greeted by employees when we entered. Large selection of ladies clothes, shoes, and accessories. Very much fashion forward with up to date options on trend.

Employee named Brianna was extremely unprofessional. Scoffed in my face when I asked her a question about an item. I used to love this store but she was one of the worst employees I've ever come across. She was extremely rude and cursed a lot. It made me feel very uncomfortable. Honestly the store is nice and has good quality pieces for a low price, but the unprofessional of the staff makes it unbearable to shop here.

The female associate bri is rude and aggressive. I have never felt so mistreated in my life! I bought a couple pants in size large and tried to return them because they didn’t fit she got an attitude with me about returning the items and sighed in my face and rolled her eyes. All around bad customer service. Don’t waste your time shopping at this store
